Not everyone likes Santa
Some kids are scared of the jolly old man. If you think this is Parke and Ben, you had better look again.
The guy on the left looks like Johnny Depp's character in "Cry Baby". It also looks like he stole the little guy's candycane, and with Santa in plain site. Shame on him.
Unless this is an optical illusion (which I doubt), I'm not sure the guy on the left has gotten any taller since this picture was taken. Maybe the hair completes the illusion.
Somebody should have told him that eating candy canes will stunt his growth.
The boy on the left is wearing shiny black shoes (I wonder if he outgrew those cuffed pants). The boy on the right, white shoes. Is there symbolism there? It looks like the real bad boy is Santa. That's a nice wristwatch he's wearing. I wonder how many more of them are up that sleeve.
Happy Birthday Rocky! We're 10 days apart. Mine was the 19th.

ReplyDeleteThat interpretation defies all the photographic evidence. Obviously, the little guy was (and probably still is) a big chicken baby.
