The hot stove is fired up...
The KC Star is reporting that the Royals are planning on trading Jeremy Affeldt and Mike MacDougal for Anna Benson and a player to be named. Rumor has it that player may even be Kris Benson.
You should have known that I would not end a sentence with a preposition. As Curly Joe would say, "Why the nerve" (pronounced "noive"). If I'm right, and it was RWP, we can continue to torture him passively by never arranging a CD/cash swap.
I don't think Anna's gonna enjoy KC the way she enjoyed NY. I wonder if the Cards could make a deal for her.
